With over a decade of clinical experience in UK small animal practices, Sarah ensures that everything we stock is biologically safe, ergonomically sound, and actively supports your pet's physical health. From joint-support beds to non-toxic materials, if it isn't safe for her patients, it doesn't make it to our shelves.

James Harrison

BSc (Hons) Zoology

Co-Founder & Herpetology Specialist

Specialised habitats require expert knowledge. James brings his university background in zoology and years of sanctuary management to Petziverse. He hand-selects our reptile, bird, and aquatic gear, ensuring complex lighting, heating, and environmental enrichment products meet strict welfare guidelines.

As a registered veterinary nurse with a passion for animal behaviour, Emily knows that a happy mind leads to a healthy body. She curates our mental stimulation, puzzle toys, and anxiety-relief ranges, focusing entirely on reducing stress and enriching the daily lives of UK pets.
