At Petziverse, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every pet product you receive meets your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Refund EligibilityYou may request a refund if:

- The item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
- Your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of purchase (due to shipping issues).
- You cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase (before processing begins).

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:
- Items returned due to buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by customs or natural events once the item is in transit.
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief explanation of the issue

Refund Process

- Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank or credit card account.
- Then contact your payment provider; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Returns Policy

At Petziverse, we want your experience — and your pet’s — to be purr-fect. While most of our products ship directly from global suppliers to reduce waste and storage costs, we do accept returns in certain cases.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please note: Because we use a range of trusted suppliers many products are direct from our suppliers. As such, not all items are eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return

- Perishable or personalized pet products (e.g., custom name tags, pet food).
- Pet grooming products or beds (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Sale or clearance items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Email support at 
petziverse@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

2. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Important Notes

- We recommend using a tracked delivery method for returns.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
- Deliverycosts are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
