When you place an order with Petziverse, we use our suppliers to deliver directly to your door. This allows us to offer a wider range of selected and trusted products keeping costs lower for you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product, but most orders are delivered asap within 7 business days, or sooner. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns for faulty or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing, making changes difficult.

Is it safe to shop on Petziverse?
